Faustina was the younger daughter of Roman emperor Antonius Pius and the wife of emperor Marcus Aurelius. She was given the title of Augusta to honor the birth of their first child in A.D. 146. She bore many children, one of whom was the future emperor Commodus.

This silver denarius coin is mounted in 14K with a cabochon ruby detail. It was in circulation between 145-170 A.D. Chain not included.
