Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping within the continental United States is complimentary (please contact us for international rates). At Blue Marlin Jewelry we use USPS for all of our shipping needs. All the shipments are fully insured for the value of the items purchased.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within one to three business days. Customers will be notified of any possible delays immediately. If an item is out of stock or backordered at the time of placing an order, the customer will be contacted with the estimated delivery date, and payments will be processed only if the customer agrees to the possible waiting time.

Processing & Shipping Requirements:
All orders are shipped only to the billing address/alternate shipping address on file with the applicable credit card company/bank. All deliveries require the recipient's signature regardless of any waivers on file. These requirements protect your security and privacy rights.

Shipping Methods:
All orders are shipped via insured mail through USPS. Estimated shipping time is approximately 7 to 10 business days. Expedited shipping (1 to 2 days depending on area) is available for an additional charge. Please contact us for details.


RETURNS:
Blue Marlin Jewelry strives for complete customer satisfaction. We are confident that every purchase from bluemarlinjewelry.com will meet your expectations and delight you with its high quality and unique design. If, however, you decide to return your purchase please contact us immediately and we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange any unworn item within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the order under the following conditions:

-Items must be un-worn and un-damaged
-Items must be returned with any original boxes, tags or supporting --documentation
-No returns or exchanges on special orders, layaways or sale items
-No returns on merchandise with stones

Terms of Refund
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that any items that are damaged in any way, altered, resized, security tag taken off or showing any signs of wear will not be accepted for return. Once your returned item is inspected and accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. You will be refunded the full amount of the returned item minus the shipping fee. Note that shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding our return/refund policy.

Custom Orders
Blue Marlin Jewelry is a full-service jewelry store. We often design and produce custom designs to our customers specifications. Because these designs are specific to one person's request, these Custom Orders are not returnable. In addition, custom alterations are not returnable. This policy includes, but is not limited to: custom design of rings, pendants, shortening of chains or bracelets, and all jewelry that is made by hand to a customer's specification

Pricing or Product Errors
Although bluemarlinjewelry.com site is constantly updated for accuracy purposes, some unintentional errors or discrepancies may occur, in which case we will inform you immediately. Blue Marlin Jewelry will not be held responsible for such errors.
